Tuff Fit Tuesday (TFT) aims to bridge communities nationwide through fashion, creativity, and genuine personal expression. TFT and its signature pose (facing the camera with bent elbows and hands to the side facing up) were launched in 2023 at multiple universities nationwide by Minneapolis native and current UNC Chapel Hill student, Will Walker III.

Fashion is a way of publicly expressing individuality, and Tuff Fit Tuesday seeks to promote individuals' demonstration of themselves by sharing outfits weekly on social media for people of varying backgrounds to see, converse, relate, and learn from one another. There is no specific formula for TFT, as fashion is subjective. We nurture an environment that empowers those who may be timid to express themselves through clothing and encourage people to realize their own true style through inspiration from their peers.

Tuff Fit Tuesday is guided by the values each individual displays through their clothing, and encourages paying homage to the truth of one's identity in relation to fashion. Every Tuesday, our team takes organic and authentic pictures highlighting student fashion in a variety of viewpoints. Featuring college campuses across the country, TFT brings communities together and provides consistent content accessible to everyone. In partnership with various brands ranging from clothing to entertainment, TFT unites people across differing backgrounds. TFT is for everyone, including those sometimes forgotten. And on a day of the week that is sometimes also easy to overlook, we bring energy, excitement, and eyes to Tuesday.

Tuff Fit Tuesday is not simply an account for one day of the week. It’s a movement and forum for personal expression and inspiration for everyone.
